How to play Rock paper scissors

Challenge a friend. Each of you picks in secret and both are revealed at once.
Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper and paper beats rock.
With lizard and Spock there are two more options, and each one beats two others.
The first to win 2 rounds wins.

Can the other player see my pick before choosing?

No. Both picks are revealed at the same time.
